ŽEN (HR) – Live Concert at Kolektiv

ŽEN, the progressive indie rock band from Zagreb, is set to bring their dynamic sound to the stage. Since forming in 2010 at the AKC Medika squat, ŽEN has been redefining the boundaries of indie rock with their fusion of post-rock, shoegaze, math-rock, vintage synthwave, and experimental electronics. Their intricate instrumentals, layered vocal harmonies, and immersive live performances create an unforgettable sonic journey.

With albums like I onda je sve počelo (2013), Jantar (2015), and Sunčani ljudi (2017), ŽEN has become a defining presence in the ex-YU music scene, performing at major European festivals including Europavox, INmusic, and Colours of Ostrava. Their upcoming album Ciklus, set for release in May 2024, continues their evolution, featuring singles like Uroni u san, Krizantema, and NEDAMISE.

ŽEN, grupi progresiv i indie rock-ut nga Zagrebi, është gati të sjellë tingullin e tyre dinamik në skenën e Kolektivit. Që nga formimi i tyre në vit 2010 në squat-in AKC Medika, ŽEN ka qenë duke ridefinuar kufijtë e indie rock-ut duke bashkuar post-rock, shoegaze, math-rock, synthwave vintage dhe elektronike eksperimentale. Instrumentalet e tyre të ndërlikuara, harmonitë vokale të shtresuara dhe performancat live immersive krijojnë një udhëtim sonor të paharrueshëm.

Me albume si I onda je sve počelo (2013), Jantar (2015) dhe Sunčani ljudi (2017), ŽEN është bërë një emër i rëndësishëm në skenën muzikore të ish-Jugosllavisë, duke performuar në festivalet e mëdha evropiane si Europavox, INmusic dhe Colours of Ostrava. Albumi i tyre i ri Ciklus, që pritet të dalë në maj 2024, vazhdon evolucionin e tyre, duke përfshirë singlet si “Uroni u san”, “Krizantema” dhe “NEDAMISE”.
